For those of you who don’t know what a TRX is, we are going to make a brief introduction about this accessory. The TRX arises due to the need of the US Army, specifically the Navy Seal, to be able to carry out their training , which due to the type of work they carried out on many occasions did not have material or space that would allow them to carry out their daily routines. To make up for this lack, they came up with the idea of using a parachute belt and developing a series of exercises in which they worked with their body weight, thus performing functional exercises. These are the beginnings of what we know today as TRX.
If we compare the strength training that we all know, with training with TRX, we observe as the main difference that in addition to working on strength, we will add CORE, stability and balance work.
Over time, TRX has gained in popularity and has gradually been introduced into group class routines and as a complement to any sporting discipline. In addition, one of the most important aspects is that it can be used for any type of level, that is, so that we all understand it, the TRX is designed so that it can train both Homer Simpson and Batman, everything will depend on the degree of incline that we use. in our exercises. With this example it is quite clear that, regardless of the level of fitness we have, that will not be your excuse to train with TRX.
